When do I need to submit my final guest count?

Important dates to remember:

  • Preliminary guest count submitted two weeks prior to the start date of retreat.
  • Final guest count submitted 72 hours prior to the start date of retreat.

I had a last minute cancellation... now what?

 

Life happens and guest counts change - we get it!

 

This is why we ask for your preliminary guest count two weeks prior to your retreat date and a final count 72 hours prior. After the 72 hour mark, you will be responsible for paying for the full final guest count provided.

 

This policy is in place since we are unable to rebook airfare, accommodations, planned events, etc. as well as it affecting orders for our catering and event team.
